With a total of 565 years of service spread across just 30 employees, VETTER has reached an impressive milestone. This figure not only represents long-standing service to the company, but also tells the story of people who have shaped, supported and driven VETTER forward over many years.
All employees with more than 25 years of service were honoured at a special ceremony. The management and the works council thanked the long-standing employees for their loyalty and commitment at a joint lunch. Together, they reminisced about many wonderful moments and memories, moments that connect them and show how much they have achieved together. Whether it was their personal start at the company, exciting assembly assignments or witnessing technical developments and the switch to modern machinery: everyone has their own unique story that connects them to VETTER.
A special highlight was the 45th anniversary of Boris Kölsch, who completed his training at VETTER and has remained loyal to the service and assembly department to this day. Such a career path is hardly imaginable in an age when many young people start their professional lives much later.
The anniversaries ranged from 10 to an impressive 45 years of service. It is particularly pleasing that 20% of those honoured began their training at VETTER and have remained loyal to the company to this day.
Many thanks to all those celebrating their anniversaries for their valuable work and the many successes we have achieved together. We look forward to continuing our excellent cooperation and shaping the future of VETTER together.
