Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use

When visiting the website
When you visit our website www.vettercranes.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted, generally after one week:

When signing up for our newsletter
If you have expressly provided your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para 1 page 1 letter a GDPR, we will use your email address to regularly send you our newsletter. The indication of an email address is sufficient to receive the newsletter.

You can also provide your name, surname and first name voluntarily (Art. 6 para 1 letter a GDPR). If necessary, we will process such additional data on the basis of your consent to personalise our newsletter for you, which means we will address you personally as a recipient.

If you have any questions, you can contact us via a form provided on the website. To process your matter it is necessary to provide required data that have been marked with an asterisk (*). Integration of YouTube videos

We have included YouTube videos in our online offering, which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played direct from our website. YouTube is another Google service. Rights of data subjects

You have the right:

• to request information about your personal data processed by us pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR. Data security

We use the standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method within the context of the site visit, along with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser, which is generally a 256-bit encryption.
