Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser

2. Entry period
The competition begins on 8 April 2026 and ends on 17 April 2026 (23:59).

3. Entry
Entries can be made via the social media platforms LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook by:
•    Following the profile 
•    Liking the competition post
•    Commenting on the post, stating who would be delighted to receive the soft toy.

4. Eligibility
All natural persons who:
•    are at least 18 years old and 
•    are resident in the EU
are eligible to enter.

5. Prize
We’re giving away 5 of our popular Crano products to participants in a prize draw across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.

6. Selection and notification of winners
Winners will be selected at random after the closing date for entries.
Winners will be notified within 7 days of the end of the competition via direct message on the respective platform.
Following the announcement, the winner has seven days to come forward, providing their full name, address, telephone number, email address and date of birth. 
The claim to the prize will lapse if the winner has not come forward within seven days of the prize being announced.  

7. Disqualification of participants
In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions, the organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants from the competition.
Furthermore, providing false personal details or using ‘fake profiles’ may result in disqualification. In such cases, prizes may also be revoked retrospectively.

8. Privacy Policy
The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used solely for the purpose of running the competition and will subsequently be deleted, provided there are no legal obligations to retain it.

9. Disclaimer
The organiser accepts no liability for technical faults, network failures or any other issues that may affect participation in the competition.

10. Platform Notice
This competition is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by them. Participants have no claims against Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn arising from their participation in the competition or from winning a prize. The organiser is the sole recipient of the information provided.

11. Other
The organiser is entitled to terminate, suspend or amend the competition prematurely should unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond the organiser’s control and which make it difficult or unreasonable to proceed as originally planned.
No legal recourse is available with regard to the selection of winners.
